How long do orders take to post?
Items in my shop ready to post currently take 5-7 working days to pack and post. Items posted via royal mail take 3-5 days to reach you however can take up to 10 working days.
If you have ordered over-seas it can take up to 14 working days for items to arrive with you.
What is your return policy?
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Custom made items are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item. Damage caused by customer is non refundable.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
What are the payment options?
We accept paypal and payments on the website, if collecting from Chronically Colourful's address payment can be made via cash or card. Payments via website will include an invoice sent to your email. If collecting from Chronically Colourful you will recieve a paper invoice copy.
Who do you use for shipping?
All shipping is done via royal mail, however if you want an item quicker pop me an email and we can discuss alternative faster shipping.

210g to 700g - £4.70
1kg - 2kg - £5.70
2kg+ - £9.10
